Hi, We want to invite you to our home buyer seminar Saturday February 22nd from 11:30 to 1pm at our office in Pleasant Grove 597 S. Pleasant Grove Blvd. Pleasant Grove. We will provide a light lunch, everything is free, we'll do a drawing giving away Jazz tickets and we'll share everything you'll need and want to know about preparing to and buying a home. We'll cover everything from the home buying process, negotiation strategies, timelines, terms such as escrow, earnest money, due diligence, closing vs. settlement, how to get out of your lease and into a new home. We'll have a lender here to educate on the lending process, what you'll need to qualify for a loan and how to find the best loan for you. He'll share how to get into a house with little to no money down, how to get your closing costs covered by the seller, how to fix and repair poor credit, and what to look for when shopping loans. We'll have a home inspector here to discuss what you have to be sure to look for when inspecting a home and the most common money pits to watch out for. We'll even have an escrow officer with us to cover title insurance and explain what in the world title insurance is for. By the end of our seminar you'll be informed and empowered to prepare to purchase your next home. Bring your questions and we'll have answers.
