Nicely played Jared & Susan...very "creatively" done.   :)   A huge congratulations on the sale of your home. I was impressed with you both every step of the way and it was a lot of fun. I guess the best part is yet to come. Thank you for the trust, support, and friendship. Working with people like you makes this job a whole lot more fun and fulfilling. Now get back to work on that  grant!
