I love closing on a home because I get to feed my family, but I hate closing on a home because I no longer get to work so closely with people who have become true friends.  Like so many others, patience paid off. Congratulations Ryan & Crystal, you ended up in an incredible home that met both your needs which is pretty rewarding for me.  In fact, of all the homes we saw together it was my favorite, and you got it...at a killer price.  Thanks for working with me and for being so patient and for your cameos in my videos and for being so fun.  :)  Congratulations!!!

Kip, I know you were doubting my Realtor skills but come on, that was about as smooth and as easy as it gets. Thanks for giving in and deciding to give me a shot. There's nothing better than working with a close friend.  I enjoyed every moment and I'm glad we get to continue to hang around you home or no home. Now let's go try out Banana Leaf.
