Congrats Matt!

The icing on the cake was the day we closed, we walked over to the home and found a liter of baby kittens in the shrubbery next to the house. Matt and his family had just been talking the night before about getting a kitten. Yep, meant to be. Congrats Matt! Thanks for making it such a fun process.
